With a passion for home building, Craig Roth established Roth Development in 2005. Over the course of the last decade, the Roth Development portfolio has grown to include more than 40 projects. Specializing in residential building, Roth’s experience ranges from commercial to residential to infrastructure. Roth’s scope includes new construction and major remodels and has allowed him to act as project manager, owner representative and investor/developer.

Roth’s philosophy is to include the client in building a collaborative team suited for each individual project. Roth Development has long time partnerships with local developers, architects, interior design experts and sub-contractors.
